"Chasing dreams by providing Service Dogs to people with disabilities"
WHAT WE DO
SERVICE DOG FUNDING
The Roverchase Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that connects professionally trained service dogs with individuals with disabilities.
These dogs are able to expand an individual's freedom and independence with their highly trained, specialized, tasks. These professionally trained service dogs are able to perform tasks specifically trained for various needs such as picking up dropped items, opening doors, alerting to oncoming medical crisis, responding to a medical crisis, alerting an individual that is hard of hearing to sounds, calls, and noises, and even helping with the laundry.
The Roverchase Foundation is committed to educating the general public about the ways in which people's lives are changed by professionally trained service dogs. The Roverchase Foundation educates about individuals with disabilities and services dogs in schools, workplaces, hospitals, and various other outlets. Our goal is for each person to understand how the lives of individuals are transformed by their relationship with these very special animals and how they can take action to help that process.
WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL
OUR TRAINING TEAM
Roverchase is home to the largest group of Certified Trainers in the state of Alabama. This ensures that our service dog program is utilizing the latest proven, science-based, models of behavior modification and training available in our industry. We produce resilient, affectionate, and talented dogs with consistency and accuracy.
Abigail, the founder of Roverchase LLC, has been professionally training dogs for almost 20 years and she is one of the most certified trainers in the country. Abigail began training service dogs in 2005 and founded the Roverchase Service Dog Program in 2014.
The Roverchase Foundation is dedicated to serving the communities where our teams live and thrive. We are involved in many community education events and support several non-profit groups dedicated to the welfare of people and animals. Our 501(c)(3) status gives us the freedom to positively effect the communities and people groups who need us most. Plus, this also means your donations are tax-deductible.
